That's the magic, isn't it? Sometimes we don't need new information, we just need the reminder at exactly the moment we're ready to actually hear it. Glad this landed at the right time for you.
Thank you for this insight. I always had a problem with meditation. I never really understood how to practice it but it eventually dawned on me that being present when you do something and letting 100% of your consciousness free to pursue that activity is meditation. For me it works. What do you think?
I completely agree, Mauro, and I find that being 100% present in our regular state of consciousness, even during the most mundane activities, reinforces the benefits of more formal meditation, and vice versa. I'd say keep practicing that form of meditation if it's what comes naturally to you, but do give sitting meditation a shot. The more you meditate your way, the less resistance you'll probably feel when you try sitting down.
I will certainly give it a try. I remember in my martial arts training we would sometimes skip normal warm up exercises and sit on our haunches and concentrate 100% on our breathing- visualising every breath. Within 10 minutes we were warmed up ! Truly amazing.
This was such a good read and so resonant with where I am right now 🙏❤️
Thanks, Adriana, glad it helped. Keep going! 🙌
Thank you for this. 💛 It's always wonderful to see what you already know reflected back to you at just the right time. 💫
